Oh, how I love Southeast Asian food, especially [spicy] soup. Tonight at Panya, I tried their Thai basil spicy noodle soup with chicken. It was so delicious! I absolutely enjoyed it; I wiped the bowl clean! I really enjoy the different noodle soups at Panya. I’ve tried their chicken noodle soup- not your typical chicken noodle soup you eat from the can. I’ve also tried their laksa, a Chinese and Malay soup, made with coconut milk.
Panya doesn’t only have delicious soups. They have a variety of different entrées on the menu, such as sandwiches, ramen, pad thai, spaghetti, oxtail stew, etc. They are known for their pastries and other desserts. Their Japanese cheesecake is bomb! It’s so light and fluffy. Very different from a NY cheesecake, as it’s not rich and creamy.
