#tbt Cinco de Mayo in t-minus two days!!
Happy belated Cinco de Mayo! On Thursday night, I made a Mexican breakfast dinner. It was a spur-of-the-moment meal idea, and it was delicious and quite awesome!!!
This is an over-easy egg sandwich, topped with Mexican cheese, on French toast. It was very good! The French toast wasn’t too sweet and paired very well with the egg. The yolk oozed out and we used the toast to soak it up.
I made the French toast a little differently. Here are the ingredients I’ve used:
- brown sugar
- maple syrup
It turned out really yummy. I replaced the vanilla extract and cinnamon.
Mexican steak!!! I topped the steak with Mexican cheese, pico de gallo, salsa, and sour cream. Yummy!!
