Happy New Year’s Eve in Hawaii! About three more hours until we ring in 2017!
Last night, I was busy in the kitchen again making desserts for the New Years weekend. Last week, the fruit gelatin was a hit, so I made it again. However, this time, I used Stella Rosa Rosso wine and club soda. It was much tastier and paired so well with the berries. I used the same fruits as last week, and added blackberries.
Next, I attempted to make bread pudding. It was a hit! We enjoyed it very much.
Instead of white bread, I used whole wheat bread (it’s healthier).
