Happy #WellnessWednesday! I’ve been on a salmon kick lately and decided to bake a slab! I seasoned it with garlic salt and pepper, and garnished it with lemon slices, garlic, and chives. I surrounded the fish with onions, bell peppers, and carrots. The entire tray was marinated with a ponzu chili sauce (from Kikkoman!). Yummy! It was to-die-for!!!
