Healthy stir fry

Last week, I made a pretty healthy stir fry dish, using leftover turkey. My main ingredients were:


Kikkoman stir-fry sauce had only 190mg of sodium and the Marukan ponzu sauce had 45mg of sodium. Amazing! Loved that ponzu sauce. It was very tangy!


Added pepper, corn, and green beans and ta-da! Masterpiece!

I’ve learned that you don’t need a whole lot of salt for dishes to be tasty. Seasoning and low-sodium sauces can do it for ya!
