Easter 2016 brunch

Happy belated Easter! Hope everyone had a relaxing day with loved ones. We had our annual Easter dinner and egg coloring on Saturday night and then brunch at Morimoto’s with my core family on Sunday. We dined there last Easter, and found that nothing on their lunch menu has really changed. I was informed that they had stopped serving breakfast for a while now. I didn’t know that! Nevertheless, the food is always excellent when we eat there!

Dessert: Tofu cheesecake, served with pineapples, macadamia nuts, and heart of palm

I loved the pink lily drink. It had a creamy texture to it. The hot stone bowl was amazing! The hamachi was cooked to perfection and the rice was crispy! Yummy! The tofu cheesecake is my all-time favorite dessert at Morimoto’s. I love tofu and cheesecake! They make a perfect combination!!
